Where can I find my registration confirmation email?

You should have received a confirmation email upon completion of registration. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line: “WSB Launch’24 Registration Confirmation” or from WSB Events (


I accidentally erased my registration confirmation – how can I get it resent to me?

Please visit the appropriate registration page to resend your confirmation. Please keep in mind the email address must match the one you used to register.


Is closed captioning available?

No, this option will not be available.


Where can I find the official agenda/program?

We do not have an hour-by-hour agenda/program available to the public, however, we have the general sessions and breaks posted.


I registered for a different location, can I use my QR code for this event?

Yes, we will allow you to use your current registration. Please note we will require you to sign a location transfer form and you will be required to re-register for the location you are at. A refund will be issued within 5-10 business days after the event has concluded.


Will the WSB Shop operate at the event?

Although the WSB Shop will not be operating at Launch, there will be a limited supply of GX pins available for purchase (cash only). For all other materials, you may purchase them from the WSB Shop online. Please be aware that orders made online after Tues, Jan 30th, 12PM PT will be processed after the Launch event.


I should have ranked in an Awards category, how come my name was not recognized?

Ranking is based on attendees who registered or transferred by the December 1, 2023 deadline.


Is there a separate cost for attending (1) day?

The cost to attend is $150 ($175 starting on Feb 2nd), regardless of attending one or both days.


I accidentally tampered with my wristband, can I get a new one?

Please do NOT tamper or remove your wristband. If you need a new wristband, as per our disclaimer, you are required to pay for a new ticket ($175).


Is there an event app?

There is no app for this event, however, there are individual pages for each event with event-specific information. You’re on the page now.


Will there be breakout sessions?

Please check with your team for any additional organized breakouts, meetings, or gatherings before or after the event.
