4.1 Eligibility: Users must be active WFG agents, in good standing with the company, and hold valid licenses in any WFG state, province, or country.
4.2 Prohibited Activities: Users shall not create accounts for SPAM, use automated means (such as robots) to access the Website, or engage in illegal activities.
4.3 Use for WFG Business: Materials provided are solely for WSB affiliates’ business activities within WFG and may not be used outside this scope.

11.3 Event Photos: Users may upload photos from group events or participate in group activities where photos are taken. By uploading event photos or participating in events, Users grant WSB full ownership of these materials, including the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute them on public pages, in printed materials, or for promotional purposes. Event photos are not considered PII and cannot be deleted upon user request.

12. Deletion of User Data

12.1 Users may request deletion of their account and all associated data, including uploaded files, by contacting us at admin@worldsystembuilder.com.
12.2 Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove personal information, including login credentials, contact information, and any associated files, unless these files are retained as intellectual property of WorldSystemBuilder.com as specified in Section 11.
12.3 Uploaded files that do not contain identifiable or sensitive information may be retained unless explicitly requested for deletion.
