We expect attendees to visit booths during the following times:

  • Friday: 8AM–1PM, 4PM–10PM

  • Saturday & Sunday: 7AM–9AM, 1PM–2PM


While the times above represent anticipated peak attendee traffic, sponsors may receive visitors throughout the event.

  • Power: Standard 110V / 15A (please bring your own power strips). still need to register yourself or additional team members.

  • Wi-Fi: Details will be shared closer to the event. If you need dedicated internet, request it ahead of time

REGISTRATION & BADGE PICKUP

Before setting up your booth, please check in at the Registration Desk located next to the Media Entrance (noted in GOLD on the map below) to pick up your credentials.

  • Wristband: Required for general venue access

  • Badge: Needed for VIP area access and identification on-site

If you still need to register yourself or additional team members, please email a list to our team that includes: full name, email, title, and phone number for each individual. Since registration is closed, our team will take care of getting them registered manually.

BOOTH SETUP

Setup Schedule:

  • Booth setup will be available from Wednesday, July 15 through Thursday, July 16.

  • Please refer to the Event Overview section for detailed setup hours.


Thursday, July 16
: A Leadership Meeting will be held at the Sacramento Memorial Auditorium, and general attendee check-in will begin. Please note that there will be no sponsor booth activity on this day, as Golden 1 Center will not be open to attendees until the main event begins.

Setup Guidelines:

  • Each sponsor has been assigned a designated booth area. Please ensure setup remains within your allocated space, unless alternative arrangements have been made with WSB Staff.

  • If your booth setup extends 10 feet in depth, you may need to make adjustments. The venue has advised that displays extending too far into the plaza may be required to be moved back.

  • Maximum height under the plaza awnings is 7.5 feet. Please plan your display accordingly.

  • Standard 110V/15A electrical power will be available at each booth via wall outlets or extension cords.

  • Please bring your own carts, dollies, and setup supplies whenever possible. Limited setup assistance may be available onsite.

  • If you are using a vendor to install or prepare your booth, please notify us in advance.

Note:
WSB and venue staff are not responsible for shipments that are lost, delayed, refused, or delivered outside of the approved delivery windows, or for any resulting fees. Exhibitors are responsible for using the correct shipping address and ensuring shipments arrive within the designated delivery dates.

SUPPLIES & STORAGE

Come prepared! Recommended items:

  • Scissors, tape, zip ties, extension cords, pens, wipes, hand sanitizer.

  • You are responsible for transporting materials from any on-site storage to your booth.Β 

PARKING & RIDESHARE INFO

Here are a few convenient options for parking near the venue:

  • DOCO Central Garage (414 L St): Closest to Golden 1 Center

  • City Hall Garage (1000 I St): 5–7 minute walk

  • Tower Bridge Garage (135 Neasham Cir): 10 minute walk

  • Capitol Garage (1000 L St): 10 minute walk.


Rideshare
Drop-off: Uber/Lyft should drop off at 5th & J St, near DOCO Plaza.

BOOTH BREAKDOWN

After the event wraps, here’s what to do:

  • All booths must be cleared by Sunday, July 19 (time TBD).

  • Clean your area and remove all materials.

  • Label outbound shipments clearly and follow instructions from on-site staff.

  • Any remaining materials will be thrown away.

  • Please quickly ping WSB Staff to let us know you’ve left the event.

MATERIALS

Please do not distribute stickers inside the arena, per venue policy.

PROHIBITED ITEMS

To ensure safety and venue compliance:

  • No drones

  • No alcohol

  • No stickers

  • No floor vinyl unless pre-approved by WSB and venue
