Where can I find my registration confirmation email?

You should have received a confirmation email upon completion of registration. Check your inbox for an email with the subject line: "WSB Launch 23 - Registration Confirmation” or from WSB Events (events@worldsystembuilder.com).

I accidentally erased my registration confirmation - how can I get it resent to me?

Please visit the registration page to resend your confirmation. Please keep in mind the email address must match the one you used to register.

Is closed captioning available?

No, this option will not be available.

Where can I find the official agenda/program?

We do not have an hour-by-hour agenda/program available to the public, however, we have the general sessions and breaks posted.

I registered for a different location, can I use my QR code for this event?

Yes, we will allow you to use your current registration. Please note we will require you to sign a location transfer form and you will be required to re-register for the location you are at. A refund will be issued within 5-10 business days after the event has concluded.

Will the WSB Shop operate at the event?

The WSB Shop will only be available at the Houston and San Jose events. For the other locations, please be on the lookout for a discount code during the event!

I should have ranked in an Awards category, how come my name was not recognized?

Ranking was based on attendees who registered or transferred by the December 9, 2022 deadline.

Is there a separate cost for attending (1) day?

The cost to attend is $125, regardless of attending one or both days.

I accidentally tampered with my wristband, can I get a new one?

Unfortunately, as per our disclaimer, you are required to pay for a new ticket ($125).

Is there an event app?
