PROHIBITED ITEMS

• Luggage: Not permitted. Please leave luggage at your hotel. No onsite storage is available.
• Bags: Permitted but subject to security inspection and tagging. Larger bags and backpacks may require additional screening and result in longer entry times.
• Medical & Parental Bags: Permitted but subject to inspection and tagging.
• Strollers: Generally not permitted. Guests may check strollers at designated Guest Services locations.

REGISTRATION & TICKETING

Q: I can’t attend anymore and want to give my ticket to someone else. What should I do?
A: There is no need to transfer or change the name on your ticket. Simply provide your QR code to the person attending in your place. Each QR code may only be used by one attendee.

Q: Are registration tickets refundable?
A: No. All registration ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.

Q: I attended part of the event or was dissatisfied. Can I request a refund?
A: No. All registration ticket sales are final and nonrefundable, including cases of partial attendance or dissatisfaction. If you have feedback regarding your event experience, please contact the person who invited you or visit the Registration Help Desk.

Q: My teammate or guest will be arriving late. Can I check in for them?
A: No. All attendees must be present at registration to check in and receive their wristband and lanyard.

Q: Where can I find my QR code?
A: You can find your QR code in your G26 event confirmation email.

Q: Do children require a ticket?
A: Yes. Due to limited seating, each individual occupying a seat must register for G26 at the full registration rate, regardless of age.

Q: Is there a separate cost to attend for one day only?
A: No. There is one ticket type for the full main event. Attendees participating only in Preview Day may register for Preview Day only.

Q: Can family members or guests attend the Awards Ceremony?
A: Yes. Family members and guests are welcome to attend the Awards Ceremony with a valid Preview Day registration.

Q: Where can I find the official agenda/program?
A: Please refer to the Agenda section above for event schedules, general sessions, and break times. A detailed hour-by-hour program is not available.

Q: Will sessions be recorded or live streamed?
A: No. Sessions will not be live streamed or recorded due to compliance requirements. Attendee recording is also not permitted. Please plan to attend in person.

Q: Will there be breakout sessions?
A: Please check with your team regarding any additional meetings, breakouts, or gatherings scheduled before or after the event.

Q: Is there an event app?
A: Yes! You’re looking at it. This page is the official G26 event app for schedules, maps, FAQs, and updates.

Q: Will the WSB Shop operate at this event?
A: Yes. Please refer to the WSB Shop section above for location, hours, and available items.

Q: I believe I should have been recognized in an awards category. Why was my name not included?
A: Ranking is based on attendees who qualified through business performance and registered by the May 31, 2026 recognition deadline. Recognition categories and qualification periods are as follows:

• June 2025 - May 2026: Tops, WFG, TitanX, Cash Flow, Promotions + Executive Promotions, Good + Great, 30x30 Counter, WSB Community + Instructors
• February 2026 - June 2026: Risking Kahuna
• January 2026 - G26: GX Program
• January 2025 - December 2025: Kahuna + Big Kahuna

WRISTBANDS, LANYARDS & ACCESS

Q: I accidentally tampered with my wristband. Can I get a replacement?
A: Wristbands should not be removed or tampered with. Per event policy, a replacement wristband requires the purchase of a new ticket at full price.

Q: Can I leave and re-enter the event?
A: Yes. Re-entry is permitted as long as your wristband remains intact and is worn at all times.

Q: I lost my lanyard. Can I get a new one?
A: Lanyards are color-coded based on registration type and should be kept with you at all times. Per event policy, a replacement lanyard requires the purchase of a new ticket at full price.
