Q: I can’t attend anymore and want to give my ticket to someone else. What should I do?
A: Please visit the Registration Desk on-site for assistance with ticket transfers.
Q: Are registration tickets refundable?
A: No. All registration ticket sales are final and nonrefundable.
Q: I attended part of the event or was dissatisfied. Can I request a refund?
A: No. All registration ticket sales are final and nonrefundable, including cases of partial attendance or dissatisfaction. If you have feedback or concerns about your experience, please share them with the person who invited you or visit the Registration Help Desk.
Q: Is there a separate cost to attend for one day only?
A: No. There is one ticket type that covers the full event.
Q: My teammate or guest will be arriving late. Can I check in for them?
A: No. All attendees must be present at registration to check in and receive their wristband.
Q: Where can I find my QR code?
A: Your QR code is included in your L’26 Event Confirmation email.
Q: I accidentally tampered with my wristband. Can I get a replacement?
A: Wristbands should not be removed or tampered with. If a replacement is needed, a new ticket at full price will be required, per event policy.
Q: Can I leave and re-enter the event?
A: Yes. Re-entry is permitted as long as your wristband remains intact and worn at all times.
Q: What time should I arrive?
A: We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking, registration, and getting seated before sessions begin.
Q: Where can I find the official agenda or program?
A: We do not publish an hour-by-hour program. Please refer to the Agenda section above for general session times and scheduled breaks.
Q: Will there be breakout sessions?
A: Please check with your team regarding any additional meetings, breakouts, or gatherings scheduled before or after the event.
Q: I should have ranked in an awards category. How come my name was not recognized?
A: Rankings were based on timely registration and business activity during June–November 2025.
Q: Will sessions be recorded or live streamed?
A: Sessions will not be live streamed or recorded due to compliance requirements, and attendee recording is not permitted. Please plan to attend in person for the full experience.
Q: Are children allowed to attend?
A: This is a professional business event designed for adult attendees. Children are not encouraged so participants can fully engage in the sessions.
Q: Is WiFi available at the venue?
A: WiFi will not be available at the venue.
Q: Will the WSB Shop operate at this event?
A: The WSB Shop will not be available on-site at this venue.

A: No. To keep the Registration Desk operating efficiently, staff are unable to charge personal devices. Please plan accordingly.
