Q: I CAN’T GO ANYMORE AND I WANT TO GIVE MY TICKET TO SOMEONE ELSE - WHAT DO I DO?
A: There is NO need to transfer / change the name on your ticket. Your (1) QR Code will work for that (1) person.
Q: MY TEAMMATE/GUEST WILL BE ARRIVING LATE. CAN I CHECK IN FOR THEM?
A: No - ALL attendees must be present at registration for check-in to get their wristband.
Q: WHERE CAN I FIND MY QR CODE?
A: You can find your QR Code in your G25 Event Confirmation email.
Q: WHERE CAN I RETURN MY CAMPAIGNER RALLY CARD?
A: There will be a desk in the Northeast Concourse to return your completed rally card for prizes. (limited availability)
Q: WHERE CAN I FIND THE OFFICIAL AGENDA/PROGRAM?
A: We do not have an hour-by-hour agenda/program available to the public, however, refer to the 'Agenda' section above noting the general sessions and breaks.
Q: WILL THE WSB SHOP OPERATTE AT THE EVENT?
A: Yes - Please see the above WSB Shop information.
Q: I SHOULD HAVE RANKED IN THE AWARDS CATEGORY, HOW COME MY NAME WAS NOT RECOGNIZED?
A: Ranking is based on attendees who registered and the business performed between June 2024 to May 2025 only.
Q: IS THERE A SEPARATE COST FOR ATTENDING (1) DAY?
A: There is no separate cost, there is just 1 ticket type for the whole event.
Q: I ACCIDENTALLY TAMPERED WITH MY WRISTBAND, CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
A: Please do NOT tamper or remove your wristband. If you need a new wristband, as per our disclaimer, you are required to pay for a new ticket.
Q: I LOST MY LANYARD, CAN I GET A NEW ONE?
A: Please do NOT lose your lanyard. They are color-coded depending on your registration type. If you need a new lanyard, as per our disclaimer, you are required to pay for a new ticket.

DRESS CODE: Semi-formal attire or cultural dress. It's a fun night celebrating you & the team!
A NIGHT FOR FAMILY: Non-ticketed family / guests may come to Awards Ceremony ONLY. They must obtain wristband from registration before hand.
AWARDEE SEATING: Those receiving an award will be allowed to site in floor section with family! Based on availability. First-come first-served.
Organizers reserve the right to remove distracting attendees, regardless of age.

QR Code: QR Code for parade will be sent to email so we can scan via phone! CEOs can also pick up team's parade QR codes from VIP/Provider Registration desk to distribute amongst team.
QUEUE IT UP!: New MD / SMDs ARRIVE EARLY SUNDAY MORNING to line up for the parade.
HOW TO LINE UP: From the Concourse Level, take the elevator at Section 115 to Floor Level. If already on Floor Level, head to Floor Level Section 115.
